Effective May 11, 2026. These starter terms are written for the current HyeListing marketplace, directory, profile, and listing-submission experience.

By accessing HyeListing, creating an account, submitting a listing, requesting a profile, purchasing a listing window, or using any HyeListing service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit content.
HyeListing is a community marketplace and directory platform for listings, businesses, profiles, promotions, and related visibility services. HyeListing may review, edit, reject, approve, feature, remove, or archive submissions at its discretion to protect site quality, user safety, legal compliance, and platform integrity.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership, and completeness of anything you submit, including listing details, prices, photos, videos, business information, profile information, contact details, social links, claims, and promotional materials. You agree not to submit false, misleading, infringing, unlawful, unsafe, discriminatory, abusive, adult, weapon-related, scam, spam, or otherwise harmful content.
When you submit content to HyeListing, you grant HyeListing a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, resize, crop, edit for formatting, distribute, promote, and otherwise use that content for operating, marketing, moderating, and improving the HyeListing platform. You confirm that you have the rights needed to grant this permission.
Submitting a draft does not guarantee publication, placement, ranking, approval, traffic, leads, sales, calls, messages, bookings, employment results, or any business outcome. HyeListing may require additional information, payment confirmation, identity verification, or manual review before publishing or featuring any content.
Paid listings, subscriptions, featured placements, sponsor placements, and spotlight add-ons are processed through HyeListing's payment provider, Stripe. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring monthly billing until the subscription is cancelled. Customers can manage eligible subscriptions, payment methods, invoices, and cancellations through the Stripe billing portal linked from their HyeListing dashboard.
One-time listing windows, extra listings, featured placements, sponsor placements, and spotlight add-ons may have stated terms, expiration windows, activation timing, and placement rules. A paid checkout does not guarantee immediate publication if a submission still requires review, missing information, media cleanup, ownership confirmation, or moderation approval. Unless otherwise stated in writing, purchases do not guarantee a specific number of views, clicks, leads, sales, calls, messages, bookings, or conversions.
Subscriptions may be cancelled through the Stripe billing portal where available. Cancellation normally stops future renewal billing; access to paid features may continue until the end of the current billing period unless Stripe or HyeListing indicates otherwise. One-time listing payments, spotlight add-ons, and activated promotional placements are generally not refundable after review, publication, activation, or use has begun. If there is a duplicate payment, technical error, or a paid item cannot be reviewed or published, contact HyeListing support so the issue can be reviewed in good faith.
HyeListing is not a party to transactions, employment relationships, rentals, purchases, sales, bookings, services, messages, or agreements between users, advertisers, businesses, buyers, sellers, employers, applicants, hosts, guests, or visitors. Users are responsible for verifying people, businesses, listings, prices, availability, licenses, permits, safety, and transaction terms before acting.
You may not misuse HyeListing, interfere with site operation, scrape or copy the platform in an unauthorized way, impersonate another person or business, upload malware, submit illegal or infringing content, bypass payment or moderation systems, or use HyeListing to deceive, harass, discriminate, exploit, or harm others.
HyeListing branding, design, layout, copy, software, features, and platform elements are owned by HyeListing or its licensors and may not be copied, reused, or exploited without permission. User-submitted content remains subject to the rights of its owner, but HyeListing receives the usage license described in these Terms.
HyeListing may collect and use information needed to operate the site, manage accounts, review submissions, process inquiries, support payments, send transactional emails, prevent abuse, and improve the service. By submitting contact information, you authorize HyeListing to contact you about your submission, account, listing, profile, billing, moderation, or support needs.
Content on HyeListing is provided for general marketplace and directory purposes only. HyeListing does not provide legal, financial, medical, real estate, tax, employment, immigration, safety, or professional advice. Users should consult qualified professionals before making decisions that require professional guidance.
HyeListing is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HyeListing disclaims warranties of accuracy, availability, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HyeListing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, lost-profit, lost-revenue, lost-data, reputational, transaction, or user-dispute damages.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HyeListing and its owners, operators, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the site, your submitted content, your transactions or communications with others, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
HyeListing may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms may be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of HyeListing after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
